Design Assistant – Seasonal

In this position you will work closely with our event design team in executing events including delivery, set-up, installation and strike of weddings, corporate and social events.  Skills required; design experience preferred but not essential, team player, positive attitude, high energy, ability to work under stress, flexible work schedule, able to work weekends and evenings, heavy lifting, excellent problem solving, valid Ontario driver’s license.  Training is provided. 

Floral Manager/Designer - Permanent Part Time

In this position you will manage and motivate our floral design team.  Position requires knowledge and experience to develop and construct modern sophisticated designs, floral costing using an Excel program, purchasing, inventory, scheduling and event set up.  Position is at our design studio in Hillsdale.  Skills required; floral design degree with industry experience, creative, high energy, self starter, ability to work under stress, flexible work schedule able to work weekends and evenings, heavy lifting, excellent problem solving, valid Ontario driver’s license.  This unique opportunity allows the successful candidate to work on cutting edge designs and grow with our company.

Floral Design Assistant – Seasonal

In this position you will assist our floral team on the preparation and design of fresh florals for our events.  Position includes; receiving and preparation of fresh florals and hard goods, assisting in floral design, maintaining floral design area, weekly cleaning of floral cooler, delivery and set up of weddings and corporate event florals.  Skills required; floral design degree preferred but not essential, creative, high energy, self starter, ability to work under stress, flexible work schedule able to work weekends and evenings, heavy lifting, excellent problem solving, valid Ontario driver’s license.  Training is provided.

Warehouse Assistant - Seasonal

In this position you will work alongside our Technical Director responsible for the general warehouse maintenance, pulling and packing of inventory, loading trucks, maintaining inventory and executing events including delivery, set-up, installation and strike of weddings, corporate and social events. Skills Required; team player, mature, positive attitude, responsible, ability to work independently and as part of a team, work schedule of Friday, Saturday and Monday with some Thursdays, heavy lifting, valid Ontario driver’s license.  Training is provided.

Tear Down Team – Seasonal

In this position you will work as a team responsible for the strike of weddings and corporate events.  Truck provided.  Position is perfectly suited to a couple looking for extra seasonal income.  Skills required; mature, responsible, ability to work independently, flexible work schedule able to work Friday and/or Saturday evenings, positive attitude, heavy lifting, valid Ontario driver’s license.  Training is provided.
